AI stem splitter
Separate any song into vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano and everything else. Upload it in your browser and hear each part on its own.
Split a song freeListening to every stem is free. Downloading the six stems needs a paid plan, or $2.99 for that one track.
How it works
Upload a song
Drop in an MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A or OGG file, up to 200 MB. Nothing to install.
Split it into six stems
The AI separates vocals, drums, bass, guitar, piano and everything else. A split costs 3 credits.
Mix, edit or download
Mute or solo each stem, open them in the online DAW, or download all six as one zip.
The six stems
Most splitters stop at vocals and the rest. This one separates the whole band, so you can take just the bass line or just the drums.
Vocals
The lead and backing vocals: an acapella.
Drums
Kick, snare, hats and percussion together.
Bass
The bass line, clear of the kick.
Guitar
Acoustic and electric guitar parts.
Piano
Piano and keys, chords and melodies.
Other
Synths, strings, pads and everything else.
Who it’s for
Remixers and DJs
Pull the acapella or the drums out of a track you have the rights to, and build your own version around it.
Producers who sample
Take one clean part, such as a bass line or a piano loop, instead of chopping the whole mix.
Musicians practising
Mute your instrument and play along with the rest of the band, or solo a part to learn it by ear.
Teachers
Play a class the bass or the drums on their own, then bring the full mix back in.
Video creators
Turn the vocals down under a voice-over on music you own, or keep only the drums for a montage.
Songwriters
Split a demo or a track you made with AI, then rework one part in the editor and keep the rest.
